Many wine lovers around the world already consider it a classic – perhaps because it has established a distinct identity in all its vintages, reflecting the character and quality of our vineyards in the Chianti Classico.

Brancaia IL BLU distinguishes itself by its elegance, complexity and intensity. It is a blend of 50% Sangiovese, 45% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Wine ages 20 months in French barrels – 2/3 of them are new – and then matures 12 months in the bottle, before launch.

Tasting notes

“Blu Brancaia” is an elegant and intense Supertuscan, one of the best wines in Tuscany. Perfumes resemble red fruits, sweet spices and vanilla. The taste is smooth, complex, with delicate tannins and spicy finish.

Suggestions

The wine goes well with dishes of beef, lamb and game, including poultry.
