Collet Collection Privee Rose Dry has been aged for at least 4 years in ideal conditions in the depths of centuries-old chalk cellars and has a dosage of 25 grams of sugar per liter.

Grapes

Chardonnay, Pinot Noir.

Palate

Balanced with deep freshness, pink grapefruit and red fruits, ending with a pronounced sweetness but well balanced and integrated.

Aroma

Fresh and delicate with aromas of rhubarb and red fruits. Pure notes of strawberry and tropical fruits.

Pink with salmon reflexes. The extended aging cellars bring subtlety and liveliness to mousse and bubbles. Fresh and delicate with aromas of rhubarb and red fruits. 15% Pinot Noir vinified as red wine brings pure notes of strawberry and tropical fruits. A careful and meticulous selection of twenty vines forms the elegance and structure of this unique and balanced cuvee with deep freshness, pink grapefruit and red fruits, finishing with a pronounced but well balanced and integrated sweetness.
