Tasting notes
The Camarcanda DOP Bolgheri has a high complexity and a structure of dense tannins as a result of the barren soil of the vine. Its nose has a fine scent of cassis, wild berries, plums and black chocolate. On the pallet is full bodied, has a fine texture, but is still pure blood due to its minerality. Long and concentrated finish with soft tannins. Very good storage adequacy.
Suggestions
The wine perfectly accentuates the flavor of the red meat dishes and the noble cheeses. Before serving, it is recommended to decant the wine for about 1 hour.
