Palate

Marked by ripe black fruit, like plum and blackcurrant, and well integrated black chocolate in good complexity given by the stage in wood. The tannins are polished giving a body
velvety and consistent with wine.

Aroma

Very mature black fruits well married with the discreet aroma of the wood giving it depth.

Very elegant and persistent finish

Serve at 18ºC to accompany game dishes or red meat well seasoned.
