We recommend tasting between 12º and 14º C, accompanying regional dishes such as mines, cod, roasted sardines and Red meats.

Palate

Slightly full bodied and soft, with a slight peak, dark chocolate, black fruit, with claw and some eclecticism in the simultaneously regional and modern style.
